At Scratch Media, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Our refund and warranty policy is designed to address concerns related to products, repairs, and digital services. Below are the terms governing refunds and warranties.

Products Purchased

Our team offers a straightforward refund and warranty process to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Below are the terms governing returns, warranties, and refund eligibility for products purchased from Scratch Media:

  • Refund Period: Products purchased from Scratch Media can be returned for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition. Any opened or used products may not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Warranty: Products are covered by a limited warranty for up to 60 days. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues unrelated to accidental damage. Scratches, cracks, drops, water damage, and other user-inflicted damage are not covered.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment was made in cash, the company must be notified prior to requesting a refund, and cash refunds may take additional processing time. Shipping fees for returned products are non-refundable.

Repairs

Like everything we do our team takes pride in the quality of our repair services. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer warranty coverage on all repairs. Below are the terms related to our warranty coverage and refund eligibility for repair services:

  • Warranty Coverage: All repairs conducted by Scratch Media are covered under warranty for a period of either 3 or 6 months (depending on the repair type) from the date of service. This warranty covers the parts used and any defects associated with the repair.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or any issues unrelated to the original repair. This includes new damage incurred after the repair was completed.
  • Refund On Repairs: Refunds for repair services are only available if the same issue persists after the repair and a resolution could not be achieved within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue was resolved and the device is damaged again or has new problems, the repair will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Digital Services

Our digital services are tailored to provide you with effective solutions. However, due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once the service has been completed. Please review the terms below regarding refunds and warranty for digital services:

  • Refund Policy: Digital services provided by Scratch Media are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed. The only exception for a refund is if the initial problem was not resolved despite the service being rendered.
  • Warranty: The warranty on digital services covers the scope of the work provided. Any issues outside of the original problem addressed by the digital service will not be covered under this warranty.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping, diagnostic, or service fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. For cash payments, the company must be notified prior to requesting a refund, and additional processing time may be required.
